Title: 1980 Besimeyer jet

Hey Im new here I have a beismeyer jet and am building a blown 496 for it Im wandering if anyone knows about this boat it has kinda like a gull wing bottom that Ive never seen on a beis before I was told it was a rogers bottom the boat ran 78 on gps with 500hp so it seems to work Im just wandering where it came from.

Loved my 21'! My Uncle loved his 18'. Both well made boats. I guess the company had quite a rep back in the day according to my uncle. It's demise is a pretty sad story, as I understand it.

Thanks Im hoping to hit a 100mph with it the pump was done by jet boat plus its all blue printed and speed coated and the engine Im running it on e85 to try somthing different, The boat a light lay up its a 400 pound boat, would a inducer help or hurt the performance?

Relativly help and hurt .
One of those things that load the motor down by loading the pump better.
Definatley help the hole shot  :thumbup:
