So we have a new member to the site and here's pics of his 1980 Eliminator bubble deck. Hopefully he'll see this post and write a little bit about it so we (read me) know what the hell we're looking at. ;D

Looks killer, a friend of mine just sold one to another mutual friend of ours. White base with yellows, browns, reds, and oranges (not the fruit silly).

well hello to all..glad i could be on this site..want to thank the ppl for the comments on my eliminator..first of all got it off ebay last yr and decided to redo it this past winter..was going to just freshen it up since didnt know how many hrs on the engine till fred baush told me my heads were CRACKED..so what the hell 8k later i have a full roller 460,aluminum edelbrock heads,polished edelbrock intake,holley 750 dbl pmpr,bassett TT headers..had it all re cleared as it was faded a bit..all new beede gauges and bezels,new interior..had a loader scoop installed and ride plate and shoe..purchased a split bowl and droop off ebay for a gr8 price..(thnxs rod) so hopefully get that back from american turbine in day or 2..have a B impellar now and was G.P.S'd saturday at 75.2..and im turning alot of rpms..so this new bowl,droop,and A impellar with a stuffer in it should make a hell of a differance..thnxs

I really hope you push the 80 mark . Good luck , beautifull boat , and welcome to the site . What model is it . Other than the Eliminator part of course.

other than elim i really dont know....dnt really think its a bubble deck...bought out of hewhall,Ca last yr..maybe get some closer pics and let u tell me,since im so retarded..lol...B.O.A.T = Break Out Another Thousand...grrrrrr Cory

Definately a bubble deck brother, you know the bubble in the bow right in front of the dash - bubbledeck. Does it have covers where the original through transom exhaust went through the transom or has it had headers since it was new?

no thru transom covers..headers since was new...had 2 1/2 bells on it..put some killer 4" on its...sounds killer...Cory

That makes it a 1980 Eliminator Super Sprint bubbledeck, alias 1980 Eliminator SS.
