Make one.
Well since the snow rakes are so hard to get these days I decided to make one today. I bent up some pretty stout aluminum scrap I had laying around. I also welded a 1" NPT bung to it. This is where the swimming pool pole will mount to. I just have to make an NPT adapter to the pole tomorrow and then on to taking the snow off the roof.

Put it to work today and went to 3 pool suppy places for a pole. No dice all sold out. I guess others have the same idea. Anyway I first used a painting pole. It worked for the use of the day. Then my neighbor has a pool pole and I adapted it to work. Now we are talkin. See pics.

Pretty ingenious TJS. But I don't know how you guys do it (living where it snows) maybe it's just cause I've never lived in the snow though. I used to like the rain too, but that was before started working for the city in the road dept. gotta clean all the mess up from the rain.....hate the rain now. Lol. But good job as always man.
