A buddy of mine comes over a yr. or so ago...Won 3 m. Lotto :thumbup:
I talk to him today,....He tells me he lost 2.4 m due to poor investments/economy :thumbdown:
This guy bought EVERYTHING u can think of! 69 Elcamino for $40k....Deisel pusher...100k. & much more.
I would have just put in a a pillow case....What an IDIOT :sly:

It amazes me to hear about people who win the lottery and several years later have nothing to show for it! Actually, it really PISSES me off to hear these stories. People are just ignorant.
I'd buy a nice lake-front house (with a beer cave), private dock, and do me some porch sittin. :thumbup:

Well he's certainly not the first and he wont be the last. If you think about it 3mil really isnt that much money, but people certainly go hog wild thinking they are rich.
Do the math:
If he is 40 years old and expected to live another 50, divide 3mil into 50 years = He can realisticly take 60k a year and the money will last the rest of his life. Add a little more for interest (if he was smart) and he could technically retire on the $$. But he went ass wild and blew it all and now he has to go out and get a 9-5.
How about the idiot in Florida that won 200mil something and then his ridiculous house was sold at auction by the HOA for not paying $5000 in back dues.
