well the last couple weeks have been very hectic for me and my family, with the job situation and the longer hours, put my house for sale, i refuse to raise my kids in my current neighborhood, found a new house that we really really like, in a great area of town for less than my current house is costing me, we made an offer on it, to rent only for now, well our agent just called and they accepted the offer, so we move the first weekend in may

136th st and dynamite, it is considered north scottsdale but is closer to rio verde, mostly horse property on an acre or more, it is where we have really wanted live for a long time and this deal is to good to pass up on so.......

i can put all the toys at the house, so i will finally be able to play with the boat whenever i want as oppossed to driving an hour round trip to get it and work on it, and i will be about 30 min from bartlett lake
