yeah, does smell fishy, but theres nothing that screams its not legit.... Theres a ton of rust and corrosion...so its possible the boat was junk and was cut up intentionally.

I captured an image of the ad just in case it gets deleted. If needed, i will post it.

Yeah I noticed that too, and it's all corroded in some odd places. But yeah nothing screams stolen, just doesn't look right.

It looks to me it was possibly a hull being scrapped and the wayy the bolts look in the stringer easier to sawzall it out. Not the I would of but to each his own.

I'm not gonna lie I have done the same to an old hull of mine but after putting my foot through the bottom. I figured it was time to cut it up.

If the motor was fresh looking and everything was polished up looking good then the red flag would be flying

Its just a few bolts. Why not take that off before just so there would not be any questions about it.... just my 2 cents

It says he will start it so you can hear it run thats hard to do on the ground or a engine stand so its on its own run stand that way and easy to fire up

Never thought of that. That would make it a lit easier to run

I also noticed that the distributor is on the wrong side of the engine, totally shady.
