Not boat related but AI must rant a little.
I sold my 1st home in Oregon few months back. I made a deal with the guy who bought it. He had a rough divorce and some credit issues but he worked with my uncle as a prison guard and he was supposed to be a standup guy. Anyways he moved is 3 months ago paid all his fees (closing etc.) and moved in. I carried the loan for him plus a little interest... anyways I have not got any money except the 1st month and when I called the title company they said they have not got any $$$ from him since the 1st month. So I log into my bank and I am $2700 down and about broke
. On top of that I was gonna order $3000 in motor parts and buy a blazer for a smokin deal.... Now I can't find the guy I had a friend go by the house and he is gone. So now I am out $2700 and guess what its house payment day on both my homes. So now I am broker than Gary Coleman and MC Hammer and even ig I take this guy to court and win I still won't get any $$$ since he has none.
