looking to secure my wiring harnesses down the side and my fuel hose to the transom. prolly not a good idea to have it flopping around loose.

I used non cushioned clamps but i had some extra hose from old water lines and rapped that around the fuel line where the clamp holds it. works great.

What section at Home Depot are they located?

I've bought the ones you have pictured at home depot many times. Same aisle as where the cable ties and other electrical shit is is.

I think theyre called "adell" clamps

There's a place near my house that has everything you could ever want for fasteners etc. They have those all day long, from 1/8" to 2 1/2". They're called Adel clamps. Let me know if you want me to grab you some and put them in the mail. Homo Depot has some similar clamps in the electrical dept. By the conduit, fittings etc.
