I've been offering this to whoever is doing paint. I'm an artist and will gladly layout some different color stuff for you if you provide some good pictures of the boat, and some reference colors that you like etc... I'm not charging for this at all, but because of that don't expect same day service or anything like that lol.

OK, I'l get em to you tonight. Kenny Youngblood was supposed to design graphics last time then he wanted $1500 after i hadnt seen him for a while. On the bike the plan was red frame black tins, then it went to red, white and black scallopes, then black tins w/ real fire on em.

i got a question.. when you get your boat painted does it have to be just an empty hull?? or can you get a paint job with the motor in and such??

I depends, do you plan on painting the bottom? If so the you want to pull the motor so the boat can be flipped up side down to spray the bottom. If not you can tape off and bag everything that you dont want to get painted. An area of concern would be the exhaust, If you have OT headers, can you get the paint gun in and around all the areas without them being in the way? Bottom line is the more you remove, (rub rail, gauges, steering helm, water drains ect...) the better your paint will look and stick to the hull.

Ive also seen a guy rig a mount to the stringers and hang the boat about stomach high and he just painted the while thing like that. He used two engine cherry pickers and had one on the stringer mount he made and one on the engine with the engine still mounted. Seems risky but it worked for him
