Title: Anyone have one of these volvo motors lying around?

My friend is looking for either one of these marine motors...i believe they were part of the penta packages...let me know if you know of one lying around.

Aq151 = aka 250
-2.49l, or 151ci engine code that i need
-86MM stroke AQ151C or AQ151D
-Forged crankshaft
-8v 1000531 head
-Dual Carb
-"V" cam
-CR 9.7:1. comp press 142-170psi
-Cast V pistons

I may have a hookup for ya, gotta call him before I give out his #  ;)

He has an older boat with an AQ151 with a fresh valve job and rebuilt carbs (Solex) and the boat is el trasho'...(Trailer wreck)

hey guys! thanx for the contacts! its SWEDISH language i think LAWLZ!...my friend wants to do a motor swap in his '87 760 volvo, and i guess these are the saught after motors...short block or long block is all he needs!...let me know! he has cash in hand i believe...thanx alot.

A 350 chevy will bolt up to that badboy, it is literally just a gear ratio swap  >:D

Shallow running has some stuff for a 4.3L V6 also...

You need to try and find a 5.7 engine from a 280 Volvo Penta, a little secret, it's an LT1, steel crank, pink rods, good heads, they're an honest 300HP SBC... :sly:
