Your most likely gonna have to buy a un machined lower online and take it to a machine shop to have finished.

Just a heads up. If you do get an 80% lower it is only legal to own if YOU finish machining it. Otherwise the shop that machines it has to have a ffl. If said shop lets you on on the machining then it's legal.

A bare lower should only cost between 90 and 190 depending on maker. The entrepreneurial are selling them like crazy at over 400! Even the plastic ones that were selling for 50 before are now 200. I'll just wait.
