A gps will hurt peoples feelings!!! sure hurt mine haha.

I heard story's before where people GPS gave out false MPH readings,like way faster then normal and they went out and told all there buddy's this went on for ever till somebody handed him another GPS I don't think his feelings got hurt but was end of story.

I dropped my GPS one time while it was still turned on and when I picked it up it said 147mph. Shoulda took a picture of it. LOL.

Or Vice Versa ;)
When we first started using GPS in the riverboats, we were deeply disappointed to saw only 74 MPH, that was until we noticed the "Average" icon... ::)

Ya lol my boats a good 75 never made a run on gps so idk for sure

I raced a guy once who had a "100+" boat and worked hime so hard it was embarrasing for both of us... then I showed him my GPS, I ran 67mph top speed while we were racing and was way out in front of him, lol.

ya i think they just assume that there going that fast and tell everyone till some one proves them wrong
