Good to hear, that means I am far out from all of you.

Nice Mark. I'm envious. Danny and I went down to B1Racing to pick up my pump on Saturday and Erika and I did some BBQ on Sunday. Now I have to deal with a broken water pipe in the house. Doing a pricy full re-pipe. Insurance will probably not cover this. This will not be fun.
Looking forward to seeing you all at the Mothers Day gig. :D

Hey mr Halley Dave what are you located in I happen to know a few licensed plumbers. One happens to be my bosses brother. Sullivan plumbing out of riverside ca. And if the house was flooded because of said pipe it should be covered.

Thanks for your concern and looking out for me. This hot water pipe was repaired back in October. Insurance paid nothing for the $925.00 cost. Same pipe in the slab leaking again five months later. There has never been flooding of the house. Wet carpet this time near the leak. I cannot keep throwing money at this old copper pipe just hoping it holds for 4 more years when the house is paid off. My Gen. Contractor BIL recommended a plumbing Co. to do the house re-pipe, hot and cold lines. It will be a huge inconvenience for me and the Yellow nape parrot but we will get through it.
They are using Wisbo AquaPex throughout the entire house with new angle stop valves and supply lines. The house is a 1965 John Deeter home and is well built, however, our caustic soil and high alkaline water levels in the area are extremely destructive to copper pipe. I don't expect my HO insurance to help in any way. I'm sure I will have to eat this expense as well. Rant over for now. ;)
