This Berk 12JC went for over $700 on eBay (9 bidders); I was watching it just for fun and it was mentioned on another thread; didn't think the JC would go that high.
There is/was a complete 12JC on eBay and the last time I looked at it, it was at $600.
I cant believe that a 12JC pump is going for that much.
I just saw a complete 12JG pump go for $271 a few weeks ago......12JG being the more saught after package.

are you F'n kidding me?! :o
honestly, i bet someones ego was bigger then their common sense.....ive seen too many auctions go way overboard just because some people cant stand to lose.

also...to further comment on this....
i also watched a 12JB-A that was rebuilt and had ZERO hours on it go unbid on twice for $600

Unusual; if I don't get the Kona running and try to eBay the pump, I wonder if I'll get that lucky; hopefully it won't come to that.
Too bad eBay doesn't list bidder names on higher priced items, otherwise you could contact the 2nd place bidder (which, I'm sure, is why eBay does that).

Too many POS people in the world offering bogus "second chance offers" for you to do that. I've never had a "second chance offer" go through because of the quantity of scammers on eBay flocking it up for everyone else.
