Title: best place to take your first boat out for the first time

and what ever you do....do NOT go down river....make sure you go up river....so if you do have problems, you fload back to your destination and not away from it.

or go down to havasu...launch from windsor beach

No good dead goes unpunished...if you offer they will come = really big bar tab = relly bad hangover/empty wallet...this is what happens when you put that offer on the table with scjb...especially with me n beerjet around...good luck on the mayden voyage...I would advise bringing a friend with some knowledge along with, and not load up the family or anything like that

and upriver is a must....and i have 4 seats in my boat, on e for me, one for the girl i bring, and 2 for the 200 beer ice chest i have haha

My best advice is to follow 82daytona's suggestion. Site 6 is certainly is the place where people will be the most helpful should you have any trouble. No pesky current in the lake to deal with either.
