Title: boat salvage yards?

so i got the bad news from my boat shop today that the transom on my family fish/ski boat is garbage. im not paying to have a new transom put in it, its just not worth it. but the engine, outdrive and trailer are in good running order. i dont really want to part it out, just want something for it. is there anything like a pick a part for boats near the o.c? thanks guys

There is a place near long beach, it's called minnies I believe. We've gotten parts for the ocean boat there before. Could give them a call and see what they take.

There's also a Minnie's in Newport. Newport blvd across from Hoag Hospital.
