Haven't figured out how to check out how I'm getting a lot of water in the boat my bilg pump comes on every five minutes no hoses leaking no manafolds leaking nor is the exhaust hoses leaking any help in the right direction would be nice

And start filling up the bilge with the garden hose, see if you can find where it's leaking out.

Yep, I did this and found my leak.

Assuming the leak happens just sitting in the water not underway?
When I first got my boat I had water spraying out the passenger side of motor. I had new water lines and everything was tight. I ended up having a cracked block at the water jacket on the driver side. Water would leak into the bilge and hit the flywheel spraying to the opposite side of where the problem was.
