for those asking, the course is approved for your Commiefornia Boater card, and took me about 3 hours because you cant blow through the "lessons" you have to sit on the pages for 24 seconds. Learned a few things. Not a bad thing to do imo

Your insurance company might give you a discount for passing it, too. AAA did for us.
