Unless you live under a rock, I am sure you have heard about this via the news or just around on the internet. Today is a day where a lot of major sites are striking against SOPA - the Stop Online Piracy Act.

This act directly will effect SCJB in a major way - along with every site you visit, and YOU directly.

Why Should you care?

In a hypothetical situation, if a user posted a link, photo, or even embedded a video from another site that is deemed "copy-written", the government can shut down SoCalJetBoats.com and I would have to go to court to prove my sites innocence. It is purely a case of being guilty until proven innocent.
