Title: Boss Heads
Post by: stc315 on April 01, 2009, 03:13:38 PM
I was walking by the magazine rack at wally world last night and something caught my eye. It was Engine Masters and on the cover was a pick of a Boss 429. Turns out that Jon Kaase is recasting them and has made them so they are a straight bolt on for all 385 series blocks. So I'm thinking after I wear out my 501 stroker, I wanna build a 521 stroker with forged crank, billet rods, dished pistons, set of Boss heads and top it off with a 8-71 huffer.  :screwy:

hmmmm

DId you know your next post will be 429 post for you?  ;D

And a 340 Mopar beat the Kaase 429 Boss headed cubic inch for cubic inch in Engines Masters Challenge  ;D
