does it need to come out?

A pressure washer would make short work of it, just a big flippin mess...  ;)

Took mine out. Can store all my jackets and other crap up there now. There is a thread on here about it. "Bow foam removal"

The last owner of my boat filled it with some kind of roofing foam that is heavy as hell. Said the boat lost a second in the 1/4 mile.lol... Im cutting it all out and putting in a new bulk head and sealing it off.

i took it out to do floors and bulk head cut it out in cubes but didnt know if i should stack cubes back in
