Well, boating season is over for a while, so we dug into something new we haven't done before, a road rally.
Me and my father were casted for Bullrun 2009 Reality TV show. It's a 4000 mile race, across most of the southwest. It starts off with 12 teams, and every episode there will be one team eliminated... the winner of the show gets $200,000.
I've done alot of Drag Racing, and some circle course racing, but this is all new to me.... road racing.
I have a website in the works right now, but until then I only have a Myspace page going 2 days strong lol. Got to meet alot of great people, Bill Goldberg is my new buddy ;D

The show airs Feb. 2009 on Speedtv and is 10 episodes long. Wish I could have taken some "behind the scenes" photos but we weren't allowed to have ANYTHING electronic.
Make sure you guys keep a close eye for Team Dart in Feb!

I dunno guys. She is next to a great looking Mopar and she don't look to happy. That non-verbal language screams "Lets get this over with so I can go shopping!" I'm just sayin' . . .

Ive been watching the previews for that show. Cant wait to see it. Beautiful car. How was the race? Any behind the scenes sneak peeks you can tell us about? Like, did you win?

I dropped as many f'in names as I could, don't know how many are going to get through ;D Unfortunately I have NO behind the scenes cool stuff to show. I brought my camera but they took that away, nothing electronic of any sort was allowed to be on you, they considered it would be cheating in some fashion to find the checkpoints. And as far as who won, and what kind of condition that car is in..... you're just gonna have to watch cause I ain't tellin no body ;D

Trust me, I was dissappointed to :-\ After leaving I gave my best maps, that alot of people didn't have, to the Corvette guys to try and win it. It's even more frustrating that they went to Flagstaff, then to Firebird, then to Havasu :banghead: Specifically Havasu I know very well going there 3 times a week >:(

i was screaming at the tv in frustration....anyone with 1/2 a brain would have thought that london bridge beach IS AT london bridge....not rotory park or anywhere else thats not by the bridge!

the best part about the navigator of this team was when they were going to firebird and on the way there he was talking about "how great i am, its scarey"....shortly to find out he took them to pheonix raceway instead lol idiot

This show got better and better as the season progressed. I was actually routing for the Avalanche guys myself but only because they got thrown into so many challenges and it was fun seeing them drive the shyt out of that truck (much like I do my trucks).
Would have been fun to see Team Dart get farther in the competition!
I thought it was lame that the final episode only had that one very short challenge... That took all of 12 seconds to complete. Thought it should have had more of an obstacle course, challenging the team to push their cars a little harder, instead of finding destinations like they all had to do through the entire show.
All in all though, I was happy with the result. Team Shelby was cool and collected the whole time and did well in the challenges. Great show!

Hay I watched you guys all season, You guys did a great job, How is the Dart? Did you guys get it all fixed after that little spil, I have done things like that to, But two wrecks on one show was prety funny, Glad to see everyone pulled together and fixed it up. Check out my buddys place, Its called Mountian Mopars and his name is Greg he restores mopars and has five or six of them done and two or three in construction all the time. Any way looks like you guys had a blast.

The Dart is just the way it left the show... piece of crap lol... but it does have a different motor and tranny in it now... Hasn't really been driven other than last weekend. My father wanted to put the motor in a GOOD car lol... here's a couple pics from last weekend in Van Nuys
