Title: CA regulations?
Post by: jquizy on June 06, 2015, 01:52:12 PM
Been a while since I was on here sold my boat last year and picked up another one this year.

Anywho anybody know the ca regulations on boating?  This boat was registered in Arizona currently is but I want to test it for the first time since the engine build either Elsinore or silverwood lake but haven't registers it in ca.  Is it possible or am I completely out of the water this weekend?

Thanks

Don't quote me but I think all you need to do is get a one permit. As long as it is actually registered in az and it's good there.

The mussel sticker is where you might run into problems

No you are good to go.  As long as the boat is register.  Silver wood is fine with out of state boats.  Just make sure your dry no water and you are good to go.
