Had to put the boat in storage. And now I find myself headed to the garage to tinker with it and its gone. Just to realize its tucked away a few miles away. ( scored a boat deep garage with a remote for anytime access for a fifty spot a month) at least now I can tinker with the black beast. And only have to drive a couple miles to get the boat and head straight down to the ramp   My plan is to hit water at least 1-2 month. But my only problem is getting some heat in the motor with this cold water.

Love the Galaxie. I have an old high school bud who now lives in Phoenix.  He acquired a 66 GT 500 a few years ago to replace his old GT that he lost in a divorce back in the early 70s due to a divorce.  Back in the late 60s every Deputy in Lancaster new that 390 GT with 428 CJ heads. It was a runner back in the days.
I love it when Jack Pulliam shows up at my house with his present GT.  It is like a blast from the past.

Went to my storage unit today and gave the girl a lil visit. She cranked a bit then fired right up, i cant wait till summer returns 😜🚤🌴
