to start tinkering with a jetboat again!!! I should be able to make the next SCSC race to help support the Nostalgia jet class. When I started racing roundy rounds a few years ago in the PINK HORNET, I was hooked. The jet class was fun,but seemingly waning in interest , so I sold the jet to Rwyattb. I desperately wanted to continue racing,so I bought a flattie and started running the Pro-stock class. What a hoot. I took second place in Parker this year. After a once over and bottom repair to the flattie, I was advised to retire the boat. So, having played musical boats this year, I do believe I have found my next boat...A jet. I am drawn back to the jet class for several reasons: This class has grown very fast in the past year and I would like to help continue its growth. The participants are all having fun and for me ,that's what this is all about, a good time and making friends that are like family.
