Title: Can u powder coat/ceramic coat baffles?
Post by: Ridindirty89 on May 06, 2014, 06:49:44 PM
My baffles are rusted out and kinda look crappy. My headers are ceramic headers w/ water through em. Would they stay cool enough to powder coat? Or should I just ceramic coat? Or any other ideas?

Ceramic coat, but if yours are rusted out, you'd need to start with a fresh set. But all depends how badly they are rusted

Yes you can. They have to dip them to get th chrome off then the powder coated can ceramic coat them. Some shops can do it all in house. Some may just sand blast them to clean them.
