Post by: GT Jets on July 13, 2010, 09:50:02 PM
Cool video my daughter linked to me...I wept like a 2 year old..... :'(

If you served, God bless you and welcome home....If you are still serving, come home safe and sound....

I know that feeling, i served 5 years in the US Navy and was deployed for over 3 1/2 years collectively. Coming home and seeing my daughter was the most amazing feeling, made you realize what you are fighting for

Beav,

Just want to say thank you for your service bud ....I wanted to fly Navy when I graduated HS, but could not do to my height..Not making excuses at all, because I could not have passed the physical anyways...heart murmur and had low lung capacity...Could only hold my breath for 40 seconds...  That was 20 years ago, i can hold my breath for 2 minutes now.... Which BTW a great bar bet... ;D

My cousin was a Naval sub hunter for 7 years.  8)
