so i got a job offer @ a shop in vegas, it pays a lot less than i was making but thats all i got so far....i can start in a few weeks.....looking for houses to rent now, what a pain as well as a place to keep my monster of a boat.....i hate moving and packing

Two houses on my street for rent. You may be getting paid less but it'll cost you less to live too. My 3br w/ loft two story at the end of a coultesac? is $1395......boat friendly.

well i got a call tuesday late afternoon from another shop thay was looking for a bodyshop estimator, its was a chevy dealer with a large shop.....i drove up there tuesday night, and got the job on wendsday..making about 1000.00 more a month at this place.....woooohoooo..a litttle more to work with........so as of may 13 im working in vegas @ fairway chevrolet....lets get together vegas guys and have a cocktail.....

just got approved for this place 1800 sf...huge back yard with lots of boat storage ;D

Good find Chromey. Shoot the way I'm seeing it, you could store at least 5 boats provided they're under 22'. Charge $70 a month and you're golden brotha. Out here going rate for boat storage is $80-115 a month.

i had been thinking about 100 a month full service storage, boat washing, tire maintance/ coverage, battery charging...i think 4 boats should do, but we will see...

What about storage only? even a hundred is a good deal without all the services. The quote I got by a local place was $249 a month, I told them thanks anyways.

$249 holy crap....... Was that indoor? Indoor storage around here is between 300-1200 depending on size of vessel/vehicle.

I pay $167 for 12x30 indoor......

That was for a 10 x 25 indoor!
