I have a DJ buddy that makes the best lookin backstage passes . he always rolls to this event DEEP !

I went 2 years ago and saw TOOL....i couldnt believe how huge this event is...seas of people.....i missed RATM last year...that was a bummer.

Nate ,not even thinkin bout goin (cause I can't) but Anything "Floyd" "Waters" etc or related is to die for! I own several hundred CDs and I always come back to that can always put on Dark Side of the Moon or the Wall!!,what always amazes me is that you "kids" dig this stuff I grew up in the 70's when this was new Tom

Thats awsome! My father used to always tell me that I grew up in the wrong era. Because of my passion for Muscle cars and 60's-70's Rock N Roll. I think that alot of people on this board feel the same way!

Who you callin Kid?? I saws "The Wall" tour live when it rolled through LA...... 1980, I think...... I don't remember much about it.......... TMI ..... nevermind!!

Toes are you saying you might have been "under a spell" Well OK how bout Hendrix ,Chamber Bros and Love decapo @ Earl Warren showgrounds , and Steve Miller at Pismo Rose Garden (circa 68' or so) O0 And Quicksilver MS @........ hmmmmm time for my Nap now ,ya know how us old guys are ! ;D

I was 4 in '68....... but I once did a gig with Steve Miller and Ronnie Montrose up in San Francisco back in the early 80's

I have a Led Zeppelin Black Light Poster from when they played Earl Warren Show Grounds that my dad gave me!
My parents have also told me about The Chamber Brothers and The Doors playing at La Playa Stadium at SBCC.

I've seen Pink Floyd back in '94. Robert Plant, Steve Miller, Santana, and The Allman Brothers numerous times at the Santa Barbara County Bowl. Which in my opinion the best place to see a concert!

All's I remember about the Chambers Bros Was the "sychotic lite" shows and throbbing synthesizer licks for 20 plus minutes (yes i was "adjusted") We slept in the car in Ilse Vista that nite and surfed Campus point break in the morning wow what a memory ! Tom
