Job Summary and Requirements:
CTi is looking for a help desk technician in the Monterey Park office with the ability to travel to the Ontario facility. This position requires working knowledge of windows based operating systems from 98 to XP, familiarity with an office environment and basic networking concepts. Interest and understanding of basic programming, or web design is a plus. Duties will include PC and Network support, data exchange with our clients, report creation and generation, and documentation of errors and procedures.
