How well is you crankcase vented? If you're not vented properly, the pressure has got to go somewhere.

I'm not sure how well it is I go to breathers on both valve covers if that helps

Is this shooting out during cranking or running?

U will have to re adjust ur carb again when the motor is under load in the water brosky..... I thought u needed that thing re built ??? Check the breathers or pull them off see if it still does it. U running water threw the motor and shit while doing this correct ?

Maybe I should ask what is the issue your tuning out/for?  Usually oil blowing out the dipstick is caused by excessive crankcase pressure.

What I'm I tuning for for it to idle Probley an not die my floats where stuck all the way open I cleaned the carb an I'm have a spark issue but if i crank it a bunch of times it will throw oil outta the dip stick tube

How much gas has dumped into the cylinders/ crankcase?  I agree you need to check the oil level and see if it's full of gas.

When i pull the dip it's says I'm low but I haven't been able to get it warm enough to check it when it's warm to see if theirs too much so really I have no idea

Cold is more accurate reading.
Is this a little or a lot of oil blowing out?  It seems like you have bigger issues than oil coming out the dipstick tube.  You say you have a spark issue????  What do you mean.  You said it won't idle,  can you keep it running if you hold the rpm up a little?  Is the carb still flooding.  This is a little difficult because you have multiple issues going on.

Or run an O ring dipstick and as a spring from the dipstick mount to the top. If your breathers aren't spitting out oil sounds like a tuning problem when running

The carb was all outta whack floats are f ed up wasn't letting fuel into one side, I guess from him turning it over and turning it over was building  pressure and coming outta the dip stick, that and the dip stick was broken and didn't seal. Drew had a carb we swapped it out and adjusted the idle. All is good no oil and purrs like a kitty.
