Title: Diverter Handle
Post by: stuey93 on September 13, 2016, 08:09:38 PM: Evening Gents, I apologize if this is a redundant topic but I was wondering if anyone has come up with an effective fix for rounded of notches on a Place Diverter handle? Other than obviously replacing it

Post by: Your Mom on September 13, 2016, 09:21:39 PM: You can tap out the pin with a center punch slightly giving the handle a bit more bite before purchasing the plate. I did that on a old floor mount one that had worn teeth. seemed to work better... I actually think I tapped the pin completely out an used the other side of pin.

Post by: 19ftspectra on September 24, 2016, 10:11:55 PM: mine is so stiff this last trip I gave up trying to trim at all .. just left in a neutral position .. I have a new cable but have not installed yet . I hope that will fix it.

More than likely that's your issue. Replace it before the cable breaks!!
