Title: Does anyone know Jerry (Gerald) Snodgrass? Need Help!

He has my boat, my money and my motor and will not answear calls or texts. He has over 6k of my friends money and is avoiding us both. I some how find the worst in this community. He is in chandler AZ any help would be great thanks guys
