After you pay the ticket....cruise on by a machine shop and slap those flanges on a belt sander to flatten em up.  Then get some hi temp copper RTV and use that instead of gaskets.....that'll be the end of your problems with header gaskets

I blow the gaskets cause the header bolts keep backing out....

That's pretty ingenious. They will never back out again
