I'm at kinko's right now and they are charging me .20 cents a min. So I'll be brief.
Had a great time and it was great to meat everyone finially. I have a ton of pics and will post them as soon as my home computer is back up and running.
Great water in the morning but then the wind picked up at around noon. I still launched the boat regardless just to proove it's a real lake boat and not some trailer queen ;D :D
Next time I'll have my Lifeline and make some passes.

Anyways, Thanks to beerjet for giving my cousin and I a ride over to the spot since it wasnt possible to drive over to that spot.

Beerjet's and Quickjets boats were easy for me to pick out of the pics, who's own's the other boats?

The white Rogers was Beerjet's buddy Dereks boat. The White and turquoise Racercraft was a guy that just stopped by to chat. I didnt catch his name. Nice guy and nice boat. I didnt get a chance to snap a picture of TB's boat. He has a tahiti that had been sitting for 2 years and he got it running just to come hang out, but had problems at the ramp.
TB had plans to sell that boat and saw an ad for this site on craigslist, but is now reconsidering keeping it because this site has motivated him to fix it up :)
oh yeah....and the dildo dingy was obviously warlock. ;D

As it turns out , it is a huge pain in the ass to tighten the wing nut holding it down so it was floppin in the wind .

Maybe you could epoxy a "locating pin" or tab on the underside of the scoop.

Before I forget . The boat wasnt running up to par . Sputtered and died on me twice on my way back to the ramp . Luckily it wouldnt fire back up a third time so I got to enjoy an elsinore sunset behind someone elses jet boat blowing hot water in in my face . It's electrical gremlin and I'm no electrician! >:( :'(

I've rewired over 10 complete cars/trucks and have been professionaly electrically troubleshooting for 16 of my 20 year career. Where you at?

Word!!! hotrod that's actually paint over gelcoat. It was done in the late 70's. 8)
