I've never dealt with the dude, personally, but met him a few times at the lake. Seems like a straight shooter, the rest of the East Side crew deal with him a lot and think highly. My bud Sergio has bought some stuff from him too (Shop is right near Serg). He's building a hydro right now, I beleive.
For some reason I was thinking he was in Maricopa, but maybe he just lives there or something.
