Milling Blower intake (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cbi4TY6Cr5Y#)
This one is milling the overhang on the blower manifold to get it to fit so the valve covers don't hit. I love aftermarket parts. :banghead:

Hydraulic Tubing Bender (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egNVKytfGdI#)
Added sprocket and smaller motor gear to the hydraulic tubing bender I made. This bitch bends 2.0" x .250" wall like butter.
Hydraulic Tubing Bender Die Mount (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0RhEdHAY5c#ws)
Tig welded round stock to hang the heavy bender dies on them. This will be welded to the legs on the bending machine and the dies will be facing inward.

Rusty,
I bought the manual JD Squared bender and convetered it to hydraulics. I am going to do a build up video on that too. I have a lot of pics of that. The motor was direct drive with a coupler to the pump but the motor did not have enough power when the pump would call for it during a bend then the motor would studder and pop the breaker. Instead of getting another higher HP motor I geared it down with weld on hubs/sprockets as well as changed the location of the motor. The gearing down gave it a mechanical advantage and also slowed the cylinder down a little. It was way to fast and I could not control the bend to a precise angle. I am getting a square tube die soon. ;D

can't wait to see the vid. do you think you can make a die to bend 2x4 box tube or is there a trick in doing that would like to build what you have was going to make most of my parts but i would think it would be cheaper to buy the kit like you have and convert to a eletric unit nice work TJ

I have not attempted to make any dies. I think it would be cheaper to buy them. Here is another video.

Rusty,
I bought the bender in manual form only. I then bought the cylinder from Northern or Surplus center.com as well as the log splitter valve.
