Title: 76 hawaiian project

[attachimg=1]first I beveled the holes on both sides then i took a 3" hole saw drilled 2 1/2" plugs and glassed them in then I used a da sander smoothed them out then filled with fiberglass bondo you can get it at home depot sanded primered done

do yerself a favor and mask off the area that doesnt need to be covered with some tape and waxpaper.  that way u dont have to sand the drips of resin off.

Also you can make a little tray out of the tape and paper when you're working on the vertical sides to catch the drips

oh I got the paint in the other day so when the it a little warmer i will start painting corvette white and Im taking my block to the machine shop next week I will post pics as I go

I use arringdales on I street I dont know if I spelt that right they do good work and they good prices and fast :thumbup:

You can resize them on your computer pretty easy using paint. How are you uploading them?

All the bugs worked out not super fast but runs great running at about 60 to 65 mph
