Title: 76 hawaiian project
Post by: berkbryan on February 16, 2012, 03:50:44 PM: [attachimg=1]first I beveled the holes on both sides then i took a 3" hole saw drilled 2 1/2" plugs and glassed them in then I used a da sander smoothed them out then filled with fiberglass bondo you can get it at home depot sanded primered done

Post by: ka0tyk on February 16, 2012, 11:32:44 PM: do yerself a favor and mask off the area that doesnt need to be covered with some tape and waxpaper. that way u dont have to sand the drips of resin off.
