left side is going to become a sun porch/bar/shed right side is going to stay as a 12x60 pull thru garage.

you can find places in the high teens all the way up to a few million.

Post by: AQUAHOLIC on May 31, 2013, 01:37:14 PM: there are trics to that. if you find a lot with a single wide trailer on it for lets say 20k. you can get an auto or RV load since the single wide has a vin number.

so its still possible to finance. its just a loan instead of a mortgage.
