Take it to DMV as a new one and tell them that you built it and get a vin for it. Call And make a appointment

That's pretty steep.. 400 bucks. One on my neighbors is a cop and he said to take it to chp tell them I can't find the pink and it doesn't have a vin and he said they will give me a new vin for it he said he thinks it will be under 100 bucks I guess we will find out.
