Just got home. Here's the deal:

Malfunction at Headgate prevented any water release. The dam is run by Bureau of Reclamation. Automated, with no technicians on scene. Had to send a guy up from Yuma.

Quick work by the Bureau, reducing Parker Dam releases kept it under relative control.

Most of the "high" water was toward the lower end, so Mikes place and the rest by Badenochs would have got the worst.

I measured the level at our place and the highest it got was just 8" above normal. Held there for about an hour. By 8:45 PM they had a handle on the in and outflow so levels should be back to normal by midnight or so.

No residences got flooded.

So move along. Nothing to see here. :D
