They have a good young team. They have the kind of young talent that can make them contenders within the next few years. I actually like the Orioles and will be rooting for them to do well. And you think you have it bad being an O's fan?....Well Im a Detroit Lions fan!!! Hahaha...Need I say more?

To be honest I don't wanna hear no whining, Pittsburgh is the City of Champions all accept the Pirates for way to long, We are starting to love to hate the Pirates as much as we love the Steelers and Penguins.

And the worse Part is the Base ball stadium is just a couple years old and right on the river, Cruise up on the boat, dock at a a secure marina and go watch the Pirates lose, again. (they did win there opener tho)

Oh well, Sit out on the boat and drink and eat and listen to the game in the back ground while watching the people in the Kayaks chase home run balls that are hit outta the stadium and into the river, They are there every game. Practically fight over them.     

Anyone want to check out a game in the Burgh by boat give me a shout, Steeler games in the fall are great when the fall foliage is peaking but weather can def be a factor.  Blue Skies all...  Roy

Angels suck Dodgers rule. In my house im dodgers, my sisters angels, and her boyfreind is white sox  its a constant battle. so baseball season gets pretty intense around my house...  I don't even go to anaheim supercross because its at the big gay A.

First off I am not a baseball fan, never have been, never will be.   But why all the hate for the Angels?   Hanging out with my kids (I'm a HS teacher) it is all the same gangbangers that in the Fall are sporting the Silver and Black.  In the spring they rock the Dodger blues.   I'm just sayin' . . .

My reason for hating the Angels is because before they got really good and won the World Series you NEVER saw Angels fans. Now theyre EVERYWHERE! People are coming out of everywhere claiming Angels love but where were they Pre-2000's? In hiding? Now, I am white so dont get me wrong but watch the game...there seems like there are ONLY white people there. That does not represent the community they are in. Which leads me to another thing....They are in Anaheim for Christ sake, NOT Los Angeles. Which leads me to my next reason for hating them. Lets jut settle on a name and a uniform already! How many lame ass unifrom changes have they gone through the last 10 years or so? Those hideous blueish gray unis with the blue pinstrips and the little angel wing on the "A". Haha, those were a joke. For a 5-6 year period they were constantly changing their uniform. And worst of all....California Angels, Anaheim Angels, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, my God just find an identity already. Do they not value something called TRADITION.

The reasons go on and on including that going to their games is like going to Disneyland and seems more like you're at a theatrical event than a sporting event. I guess its ok if you have kids who have no interest in baseball and no attention span because they will probably find that stuff interesting but when I watch a game I want to kick back with a Dodger Dog and a beer and watch quality baseball; without all the fireworks, T-Shirts and balls being shot in the air by those bazookas, and NO RALLY MONKEY! That is just LAME, a freakin R-A-L-L-Y  M-O-N-K-E-Y! Oh yeah, and dont go there to watch and cheer for another team and speak any louder than a conversation voice, you will get kicked out. Ive never been kicked out because I know how they are but EVERY time Im there ( I usually go once or twice a year when they play the Twins with my buddies and cheer for the Twins), someone gets booted near me and they are never too rowdy!

Another reason is because you cant get in a baseball discussion with an Angels fan. At least a Post-2000's fan. All they know is the Angels, and they barely know that. Its like getting into a discussion with a little kid. For example, they try to say they are better than the Dodgers and the Dodgers suck and blah blah blah..."We won the World Series recently, when's the last time you did?" Well congrats Angels, you won your first World Series. We actually have won 6 World Series and 21 NL Pennants.
