Well decided to get new gas tanks for the Mantra....after this I’m done with mods till next year. I was gonna wait till next year to do the gas tanks but running just 1 is tough, always trying to find a marina for fuel is stressful. It will be nice to actually be able to fill up both and take off and actually not worry too much about fuel.. Jet boat Performance is going to be doing the work. I also plan to have the red repainted since the clear has really went and is peeling extremely bad..my bud gonna help me shoot it under my car port..will be posting pics

Well the situation is original aluminum gunnel tanks. The driver tank has been a issue since i bought the boat. At first i was able yo use it but when i got on the throttle it would go then about 3 seconds later it would feel like its missing and hesitating. But it was good to keep fuel till about 4k rpm. Then it started getting worse so i changed the fuel line and filter and fuel pump gas cap...and last year at the season kick off a bunch black stuff came thru the line and clogged my carb...so i have been running on the passenger side ever since....so im going to ss side tanks so i dont need to worru bout getting gas as much when on the water
