Probably at the first of the year would be my guess....I figured it out, between the four guys they interviewed for the position there is over 75 years of experience.... :screwy:

x2 on that glass cutter.  GT i'm very sure you can work circle around the 20 yr olds but i'm sure you work alot with your head and not your body work smart thats why you are where you are today THE KNOWLEDGE you have and can forward it on to them but always keep one little thing back that will forsure keep you at the top.well hopefully the NEW YEAR will bring you and your family a much better living good luck  glen

Well, my old boss and best friend of over 25 years got the position, I'm amped... :thumbup:

But I also found out that I was appointed an assistant foreman to later take over half of our team because we are supposed to split in two come 2012. :thumbup: :thumbup:

This will work out super killer for me because the current foreman gets to make the mistakes I can learn from  :sly:
