thats an old school berk droop...pretty rare.

check out the mini ride plate...bet it doesnt even make a difference.

It almost looks like they added some wedge to get the it even lower in the water to. Weird

Alot of the beer can boaters run a droop like that . I'm sure they stoped makeing them that long after they realized how much having that thing dragging through the water slowed it down . At least it has a race nozzle.
