Havasu  where it's like this all year round. Waters a little chilly but you can't beat the sunshine.

I was on some business related travel, and just went into escrow on a condo on the beach in sd. :D

I've been looking at the Blythe real estate market and holy shit man, there's a ton of places for 25-30k in foreclosure/short sales.....I'm thinking this next season I'm just going to buy a house there, or maybe upgrade the trailer, I don't know which is better at this point. I'm having serious withdrawals man. I need me some time on the water.
