Title: Happy New Year SCJBrs
Post by: GlassCutter on December 31, 2014, 08:00:31 PM
Happy and healthy New Years wishes to all of you.  It has been far too long since I have seen any of you, but I hope to change that this summer.  We just polished off an 8 lb. prime rib, cajun corn salad, several microbrews and just now some scratch made brownies.  The wife works tomorrow at 5 a.m. so I will be sitting in the hot tub here at home with a grip of Jack & Diet Pepsi and a few adult indulgences from about 11:00-1:00 with some friends like most years, listening to the world go crazy yet again.

Feel free to post your party pics here.  My phone's camera got broke so I got nothin' but I love seeing people have a good time.

Now let's get this party started !!!

Happy New Year for sure my brothers....

I resolute to make it to some meets this year.

This has been a pretty tough and underwhelming year to be honest.

You guys be cool and stay off the roads tonight.... Be safe and sane.

Damn my head hurts !   3 pitchers of margaritas by myself last night and finally crawled out of the hot tub at 2 a.m.   But they were tasty as f@ck.   If you haven't had a spanish margarita (Licor 43 is the shizzle) than you haven't lived.   I crawled out of the hot tub and into bed and started motorboating.   The wife wasn't real pleased with me at that point.
Aquaholic, I live right around the corner from Taylor's.   Shoot me a text, I don't go back to ruining the minds of American youth until the 12th.   951.454.1934

Happy New Year SCJBers

GlassCutter and Aquaholic, I'm from Redlands too and have been looking forward to meeting you two.  Actually, I would be real surprised if our paths have not crossed in the past, the performance community is just too small.

Jim, I'm down for some get-togethers.  How can I help set something up?

Happy 2015,

Joe

Joe we should just setup a happy hour deal and see where it goes. This could be a lot of fun someone needs to pick a place and a time and see what happens.

Back in the day, I heard the PB members used to meet up for bowling etc.  I would love to make this happen.

I'm from Redlands/Colton area and work in Santa Ana/San Bernardino, so I am not afraid of a little commute.  What locations and activities of interest would work out?

Not to discourage a regular meet, I will be going to see Lita Ford at the M15 club in Corona on the 17th.  Great venue, great food, tons of women and actually pretty good sound.  Every seat is a great seat.  If anybody is down I'm pretty easy to spot LOL.

I'm down for pizza even though I am trying to lighten my boat (starting with the driver) so I can compete with you light-layup winger guys.  Hmmmm, maybe first round will be on me (for a little strategically located ballast).  ;-)

Joe I like your thinking,  however it may be flawed I will be having light beer and adding a additional 50 shot of NOS to cover the pizza problem.

Alcohol is still 9 calories per gram of no nutritional value no matter what you print on the label.  Just don't feed the bears.

Just build a 572 with a psi blower on alcohol that will take care of just about anything you can think of.

You won't have to worry, but a few extra pounds of ballast around the belt line throws off the center of gravity.  My fat @$$ has a good 100 pounds on you.  In the same boat, I bet that's over .14.  Just talking.

Cheers,

Joe

Football games are likely to have that place pretty busy.  How big is it?   I'd love to watch the Cowgirls lose on a big screen.
