Thanks 2Sav. I think the Brodix Alum heads give it a little different sound. I was at the lake yesterday and reset the carb. up and runs nicer now, idles great too, no blipping the gas to keep it running while docking.
The lake I go to has a sand-bar too. Not too many jet boats on this lake. Matter of fact I was the only jet on the lake yesterday. While at the sand-bar I had the typical beer-belly, dirty ass teeth TPT dude come up to me and start talking shit about his boat and how fast it is. He said his Checkmate does high 90's. I asked him well where is it. He said it has a blown headgasket and he is working on it.
He knew nothing about Big block chevies.
He said I would take him out of the hole and he would walk past me. I looked at him in the face and said "ya if you could catch me". I love these people.
