So,I lost my job on October 13th,filed for Unemplyment online on the 14th in the AM....I JUST TODAY finally got a check (been out of work for over 4 weeks now) and the damn check was for ONE FOKKING WEEK! Is that it??? Will they send more quickly or do wait for another 2 weeks to get more??? Anybody know?? what happened to the other 3 weeks??? I've never collected this shit so I don't know how it works....If I have to wait another 2 weeks I'm in serious trouble!   

You just got your first check, which includes the 1 week waiting period, hence the 1 week check. You'll be getting the regular checks from now on, your next one should be there in 2 weeks, good luck with that bro.

I've been off work since July 28, I still haven't gotten one thin dime from Worker's Comp, they finally accepted my claim, that means they will be paying my back wages etc, now it's just a matter of when. Just one more reason to say

"PHUCK CALIFORNIA!"
