This photo of a car put together by Larry Huff of the “Soapy Sales” funny car fame. He also ran the fuel altered named “Pure Hell” back in the day.

Huff created this thing using a train car repair car blower. They hit the throttle and delivered 80 lbs of boost, broke the block in half and blew the right side aluminum head through the fender panel.

Yeah I have seen that pic before.....I can't remember if I heard a story behind it or not though....have you seen that blower that mounts on the front of the crank....takes 900 ponies to spin it? Think it made some stupid horsepower
